This is a hands-on role where you will help drive clarity around our strategy, growth ambitions and ESG agenda by delivering engaging internal communications and meaningful employee experiences.You will be instrumental in shaping a consistent internal narrative and building a culture of transparency, engagement, and connection across all Nordic countries. Your role will also extend to external communication efforts, translating our Employee Value Proposition into impactful messaging that attracts and inspires future talent.Purpose of the RoleThe purpose of this role is to strengthen employee engagement and help shape the workplace of the future. Through relevant and inspiring communication, and well-organized internal events, you will drive collaboration, involvement and a strong One Mediq culture.You will drive the internal community of local communication and event coordination across Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Norway - ensuring alignment, knowledge sharing, and consistency in how we engage employees throughout the region.Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?Maintain and communicate an internal event calendar, working closely with senior leaders to ensure visibility around key meetings, operating rhythm, and strategic initiatives.Create and update content on the intranet and other channels, including internal policy changes, communications, and visual materials.Plan and coordinate internal Townhalls/All hands and senior leader meetings, as well as the social events calendar such as Holiday parties, summer events, employee recognition, and other engagement initiatives.Drive adoption of Microsoft platforms like Teams and Viva Engage to support transparent, digital communication.Drive initiatives that support our ESG ambition in the People area, with a focus on employee wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion; embedding these principles into communication, events, and engagement activities.Support external communication efforts, including managing and curating content for LinkedIn to strengthen Mediq’s employer brand and visibility i.e. taking our EVP to market.Ensure a welcoming and engaging workplace environment, including collaboration with facility services and local vendors.Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?Experience in internal communication and employee engagement as well as EVP work in a Nordic or international organization.Possesses strong communication and writing skills in both Swedish and English (knowledge of Danish and/or Norwegian is a plus)Creative, self-driven, and likes structure to be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Comfortable using and driving adaptation of digital tools and platforms for internal communication and event planning, with hands-on experience of Microsoft tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Viva Engage.Experience driving ESG initiatives and employee wellbeing.Team player with strong cultural and business understanding, that enjoys building networks and driving collaboration across teams and countries.You will be based at our Swedish headquarters in Kungsbacka and work closely with colleagues in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. You will report to the Head of Human Resources Mediq Nordics, with key stakeholders in Talent Acquisition, Marketing and other functions.
