The organization fosters an inclusive and collaborative environment and is committed to driving innovation and excellence across its international operations.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement the internal communications program for Biogen's International HQ in Baar to foster engagement and collaboration.Collaborate with site leadership to deliver impactful communications and prepare leaders for engagement events.Craft and disseminate timely internal communications aligned with corporate strategy and site activities.Plan, coordinate, and execute employee events supporting business milestones and engagement.Partner with HR to amplify culture, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives through internal communications.Create written and multimedia content and manage the site intranet.Establish measurable goals to track the impact and effectiveness of site communications.Support internal communications across Biogen's international regions (Europe and BIR) by developing content calendars and compelling multimedia materials.Manage intranet sites for Europe and BIR, ensuring engaging and timely content.Leverage internal channels (Synapse, Viva Engage, SharePoint, Email, Webcasts) to maximize reach and engagement.Collaborate with affiliates and global teams to ensure alignment and strategic resonance.Track and measure communication impact to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree required.3-5 years of experience in corporate affairs or internal communications.Outstanding English-language verbal and written communication skills; excellence in copywriting.Multimedia skills (video editing and design) beneficial.Strong interpersonal and networking skills.Excellent organizational and logistics capabilities.Event planning and coordination expertise.Ability to work in geographically and culturally diverse environments.Creative, innovative, agile, and flexible; thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment.What's on OfferOpportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment.Exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.Chance to shape internal communications strategy and employee engagement across multiple regions.A temporary role with the possibility to contribute significantly to the Corporate Affairs function.Contact: Theresa StraubQuote job ref: JN-112025-6882416
