On its behalf we are now looking for a Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d) available immediately for Zug area, to join an international team for a period of 3 years to start as soon as possible.Depending on the selected candidate's performance and motivation, the possibility of an extension or a permanent take over.Job DescriptionThe Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d) oversees and manages daily Supply Chain activities for international markets, by carrying out the following task areas:Responsible for movements of Commercial Product through the Supply ChainActs as liaison with internal and external customers and vendorsClose collaboration with the Commercial & Planning teams to ensure on time in full supplyManages FG shipments, replenishments to local 3PLs, shipping deviations and sales & inventory reporting for international marketsWorks closely with key stakeholders (e.g. Finished Goods Planning, Quality, Commercial, Finance, S&OP, Packaging Engineering)Routinely identifies and communicates any shipment risks to management and supports recommendations and implementation of corrective actions to minimize supply risksAnalyses cross functional and logistics processes and identifies/ implements solutions in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the supply chainEnsures desired customer service levels are met and to ensure continuous product supplyThe Successful ApplicantSuccessfully completed bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain or equivalentMinimum 2-4 years' working experience within supply chain / logisticsExperience within the Biotech/Pharma/Food/Medical device environment would be beneficialExperience within an internal and controlled environmentExperienced user in supply chain and manufacturing planning tools Fluency in English (verbally & written)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholdersStrong analytical capabilities, familiar with working in a complex and fast-paced environmentProactive personality with a can-do attitude and attention to detailProfessional appearance, a team player and ability to communicate in a simple and structured wayWhat's on OfferThe selected candidate will be part of a globally operating organization!Contact: Cedric AntonioliQuote job ref: JN-112025-6874349
