International Transportation Specialist (Import)

What You’ll DoResponsible for reconciling the factory’s import and export expenses and monitoring their progress.Cooperate with suppliers to support the reconciliation system, including billing and invoicing requirements.Coordinate with finance and suppliers to resolve discrepancies or anomalies in the reconciliation process.Handle inquiries and maintain system pricing for sporadic ocean and inland transportation needs.What We’re Looking ForStrong knowledge of import and export customs procedures and operations.Familiar with import and export fee settlement processes and tax requirements.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with finance, shipping companies, customs clearance teams, and trucking agents.Work location: Rayong, Thailand.
