Job DescriptionDevelop comprehensive SQL queries to support ad hoc reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis for various business unitsGather and refine data requirements from business users and management to support ongoing and project-based initiativesDesign and maintain ETL pipelines to automate reports and dashboards on the in-house data platformCollaborate with local and regional teams to align on data sources, business definitions, and functional logic updatesPerform quantitative analysis using statistical techniques to uncover insights to drive business decisions and strategyProvide data-driven support for consumer campaign and other cross-functional business activitiesRequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering1 – 2 years of experience in an Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering role working with large-scale, complex datasetsProficient in SQL for data manipulation and transformation; experienced in data visualizationProficient in Python with working knowledge of machine learning and practical project experienceAble to deliver actionable insights, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, and work independently or in teamsStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a creative approach to solving complex problems
