About the RoleYou’ll work directly with the MD and leadership team on high-impact initiatives across strategy, business planning, and growth. Over a minimum 3-month full-time internship, you will research and scope strategy projects, build business plans, support partner pursuits, and help translate ideas into executable workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy project research & analysis: Market sizing, competitor landscaping, customer/partner insights, and opportunity assessment.Business plan development: Build structured business cases (problem, solution, GTM, ops model and financial models (revenue, costs, ROI).Proposals & pitches: Draft compelling proposals as required and create mgmt.-quality PowerPoint decks; tailor value propositions by segment.Sales support: Join client pitches with Sales and support deal closure (materials, demos, follow-ups, commercial terms).End-to-end workflows for new business: Map and improve onboarding/servicing flows across Sales, Ops, TechOther business required administrative work: it’s an internship after all. No, we won’t need you to serve coffee.What We’re Looking ForPursuing/recent degree in Business, Economics, Analytics or related.Excellent PowerPoint & solid Excel (storylining, charts, basic modeling).Strong written/verbal communication; concise, structured thinking.Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity and pace.Available for full-time internship for at least 3 months.Basics in one of: Power BI/Tableau, Notion/Confluence, Jira, or Figma.What You’ll GainExposure to Healthcare and Insurance sectors.Portfolio of business plans, strategy papers, and pitch decks.Hands-on experience turning strategy into execution across teams.
