ContextAs part of the dynamic and international Marketing team based in Brussels, you will work closely with the CRM Manager to help deliver engaging client communications via email.Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and IT, you’ll gain hands-on experience in how an asset management company operates and learn to use professional CRM and communication tools.At DPAM, innovation is part of our DNA — you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to projects that enhance our client communication processes and overall digital efficiency.Your positionCRM Management And Optimization Support CRM campaigns and client journeys (emails, events, forms, automation). Help manage contact data, segmentations, and preference centers. Assist with reporting and analysis of campaign performance. Contribute to GDPR and data quality checks. Test new CRM features and suggest improvements.
