Overview:Inuka is working with a leading renewable energy company to hire an Investment Associate for its Power & Infrastructure team in London. The role will support the evaluation, structuring, and execution of investments across the company’s renewable energy portfolio, contributing to financial modelling, due diligence, and transaction processes.Responsibilities:Build and maintain financial models to assess project returns, capital structures, and valuation scenarios.Assist with due diligence across technical, commercial, legal, and financial workstreams.Prepare investment papers, analysis packs, and presentations for internal committees and external partners.Conduct research on power markets, regulatory frameworks, and emerging industry trends.Support transaction execution, including reviewing project documentation and coordinating with advisors and lenders.Monitor portfolio performance, analyse variances, and contribute to periodic reporting.Collaborate with development, engineering, finance, and commercial teams to inform investment decisions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline; Master’s preferred.2–4 years’ experience in project finance, investment banking, private equity, or renewable energy.Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities.Good understanding of power and infrastructure markets (UK/EU exposure beneficial).Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.Fluency in English required.
