Job Description

There are 2 Service Manager posts available, working within the General Neurology, Inpatients and Daycare Service.This role is concerned with supporting, evaluating and leading staff to provide a quality service which is efficient, stays within financial constraints and provides high levels of user satisfaction. The postholder will act with autonomy for day-to-day management of the administration staff within their remit and will lead and mentor non-clinical staff to ensure an excellent level of customer service. The service manager will be an excellent communicator and have good organisational skills. They will oversee the day to day running of their services, and support the managerial team with service developments and improvements.
