You’ll provide high-quality financial modelling, investment analysis, and strategic insight to support acquisitions, developments, and ongoing portfolio performance. 🧩 Key Responsibilities• Build and manage detailed financial models for real estate acquisitions and capital projects. • Analyse new investment opportunities and support the due diligence and underwriting process. Focus will be on assessing PBSA transactions, but the candidate may also work on SFH or MFH BTR deals.• Deliver appraisals and scenario analysis to support investment feasibility and risk mitigation.• Contribute to the preparation of Asset Business Plans and Investment Committee reports.• Track development and asset performance against key targets, highlighting risk and upside potential.• Work closely with the Investment, Development, and Asset Management teams to ensure informed decision-making across the business.• Liaise with external consultants, advisors, and lenders where needed to support transactions.• Assist throughout the full deal cycle—from origination through to post-acquisition performance monitoring.Ā šŸŽ“ Qualifications & Experience• Degree-qualified, ideally with progress toward or completion of a professional qualification (e.g. MRICS, CFA, ACA).• 4-6 years of experience in real estate residential investment,• Has worked on multiple PBSA acquisitions (Forward funding, forward commit or acquisitions of operational schemes) • Experience in SFH or MFH BTR is also a bonus • Solid understanding of real estate principles, capital structures, and financial return metrics.• Exposure to property transactions or development projects is highly desirable.Ā šŸ’” Skills & Attributes• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling and scenario analysis.• Highly analytical with a strong commercial mindset and attention to detail.• Confident communicator with the ability to convey complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.• Strong grasp of how capital structure and financing affect investment returns.• A collaborative, proactive approach with a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic team.Ā šŸš€ What’s in It for You?• Be part of a forward-thinking, high-growth platform at the cutting edge of residential real estate.• Work across exciting, high-value projects in the Build-to-Rent and operational living sectors.• Exposure to senior stakeholders and investment committee processes.• Competitive compensation package with excellent development opportunities.Ā Ā
