As an Associate, you will gain broad exposure to complex, cross-border transactions and work closely with senior bankers on deal execution and client engagement. The role offers significant responsibility, strong deal flow, and a clear trajectory for career advancement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day execution of M&A and financing transactions, including valuation, modelling, and due diligence.Prepare client materials such as pitch books, management presentations, and investment memoranda.Support origination initiatives and sector coverage efforts through research and analysis.Manage junior team members and ensure high-quality output across workstreams.Collaborate with senior bankers to drive client relationships and deliver transaction excellence.Candidate Profile3–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A advisory.Strong technical proficiency in financial modelling, valuation, and Excel.Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and delivering under pressure.Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-first mindset.Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
