Position SummaryThe Investor Relations Officer will be responsible for managing customer-centric campaigns and project updates.About Walton Global Philippines Inc.Walton Global is a land asset management and global real estate investment company focused on pre-development land in the path of growth. (Subject to both the Company’s and the individual employee’s performances)Opportunities to grow and develop skills in multiple disciplinesFun, energetic co-workers who share the same core values and strategiesEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Handle incoming phone and email inquiries from clients and business partners about the company’s products and services, ensuring the questions or requests are handled in a timely and effective manner.Actively involved in addressing investors' inquiries and complaints, escalating complaints to the Investor Relations Manager in accordance with the company protocolConduct outward client servicing campaigns to maximize the satisfaction level of customers, as well as sales campaigns that support sales/reinvestmentEstablish and maintain close communications with clients through phone calls and emails.Meet and answer customers’ inquiries as needed to deliver exemplary services to customers and business partners in North America, Asia and/or the Middle EastMaintain accurate track of project information to ensure completeness and timely delivery of high-quality customer updates and communication pieces.Assist in the planning and implementation of regional client updates and servicing campaigns.Support internal and external stakeholders across all businesses with their client servicing and communication requirements.Produce and deliver of investor updates and other investor-related reporting and communications, and other ad hoc reports as requested by executive managementResearch key industry, market, and economic statistics and trends impacting the real estate market, working closely with various internal stakeholders to gather and interpret data and informationDemonstrate a high level of product knowledge and professionalism.Assist in the production of investor updates and other investor-related reporting and communications.Research key industry, market, and economic statistics and trends impacting the real estate market.Produce materials including investor presentations, corporate fact sheets, and other ad hoc reports as requested by executive management.Works closely with various internal stakeholders to gather and interpret data and information.Assist in the management of key corporate data and investment project information through company database.Flexible to work outside of normal business hours when necessary.Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related fieldMinimum of 1-2 years of professional work experience, financial services industry experience a plusExcellent command of English and strong written and verbal communication skills (Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese will be an advantage)Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detailMust be proactive, detail-oriented, performance-driven, and a team playerSelf-motivated with a desire for continuous learningProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
