Continuous inspiration from our customers, perfect hospitality and a profound passion lie at the centre of Bucherer’s philosophy.IT Business Analyst / IT Product Owner – E-Commerce & PIMin our IT Department in LucerneYour responsibilitiesAct as Product Owner for Salesforce Commerce Cloud with responsibility for roadmap, backlog, and prioritization.Analyze and document business requirements in e-commerce and PIM.Translate complex needs into clear technical specifications and sustainable solution concepts.Support and continuously optimize Salesforce Commerce Cloud and PIM systems (ideally Contentserv).Manage dependencies across e-commerce, PIM, Magnolia, ERP, CRM, and Marketing Cloud environments.Steer and challenge external implementation partners to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.Contribute to releases, rollouts, and international digital transformation projects.Drive architectural consistency and compliance with Bucherer's digital standards.Define and oversee functional, integration, and regression testing in collaboration with QA teams.Collaborate closely with E-commerce, Marketing, CRM, and IT teams.Your skillsDegree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.Several years’ experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Solution Architect in a digital environment.Profound knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C focus preferred), including architecture, integrations, and API frameworks.Experience with PIM systems, ideally Contentserv, and knowledge of CMS solutions such as Magnolia.Strong understanding of interface architecture, data modeling, and complex system landscapes.Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable and future-proof IT solutions.Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align business, IT, and external partners.Analytical, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.Fluent in English, German is an advantage.Our strengths - your advantagesWe offer you a great variety of assignments in a challenging international environment.
