IT Business Analyst – WMS.📍 Location: Mexico (Remote).🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 AM – 12:00 PM (CST).Solvo Global is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst with logistics experience to join a leading multinational company in the logistics sector. This is a remote opportunity for candidates residing in Mexico.Experience & Skills Required:2–3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst within a logistics/supply chain organization.Strong analytical skills.Solid understanding of logistics/supply chain industry and related IT systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, OMS).Ability to manage small-scale IT projects.Capable of leading business analysis efforts on large-scale projects, often involving top-tier international clients.Comfortable working across various industries such as healthcare, automotive, technology, e-commerce, retail, and food.Familiarity with SQL, diagramming tools, and testing software.Key Responsibilities:Lead workshops with internal and external stakeholders to identify and document requirements, defining the agreed project scope.Act as a consultant, coordinator, and liaison during the solution development/configuration phase to ensure fitness for purpose.Prepare test plans and conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure seamless end-to-end data exchanges and proper system configuration.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the user community.Assist in preparing the solution for go-live.Perform implementation and post-go-live support tasks, both remotely and on-site as needed.
