POSITION: IT HelpdeskJOB DESCRIPTION• Provide technical support for internal users: install and troubleshoot software, hardware, printers, and network issues.• Manage, hand over, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, network devices).• Monitor and resolve LAN, Wi-Fi, and Internet issues; coordinate with service providers when necessary.• Support setup of online meeting and presentation equipment.• Record and report technical incidents; propose system improvements. REQUIREMENTS• College or University degree in Information Technology or equivalent.• Ability to install and troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues.• Basic knowledge of LAN, network security, and user access management.• Careful, proactive, and service-minded.• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk or IT Support.
