Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.YOUR CHALLENGECore Banking replacement program consisting of 25 projects each covering an end-to-end product value chain across multiple IT systems (Temenos Transact & Satellites)Project lead for a development cluster across multiple applicationsDefine project plans incl. timeline, milestones, budget, risk assessment and communicationEstablish cross-functional teams in different locations and drive implementation, testing and roll-outEnsure continuous progress and cost tracking, quality assurance, risk & change managementAct as primary point of contact between projects, program management, business units, IT departments, and third-party partnersFacilitate regular status meetings, steering meeting updates, and change control boardsManage expectations and ensure alignment with business priorities and IT architecture principlesYOUR PROFILESenior project manager proficient in agile, waterfall and hybrid methodologiesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent field8+ years of experience in managing complex IT projects, preferably within financial services or private banking environmentsProven track record of delivering medium to large-scale IT initiatives from initiation to closureAdvanced proficiency in project management tools, JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Office SuiteFormal certification highly desirable: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Scrum Master (PSM/CSP), SAFe, or similarExceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (German, Spanish) are a plusExcellent leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skillsHigh level of personal accountability and ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic environmentDeep commitment to integrity, client focus, and operationsTeam player with hands-on personality showing a strong can-do attitudeWe Only Consider Candidates Who Can Start Immediately.We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
