Job SummaryThe IT Project Manager leads technology projects from initiation to completion. The individual in this role is responsible for managing timelines, scope, objectives, risks, and issues, as well as stakeholder communications. The Project Manager follows PMO standards and partners with technical and business teams to ensure successful project delivery that meets expected outcomes.Essential FunctionsManages multiple IT projects with defined scope and complexity Works with technology and business leadership to define project scope, goals, timelines, milestones, and success criteria Builds and maintains integrated project schedules in Smartsheet Coordinates day to day project activities across IT, product, engineering, operations, data, infrastructure, vendors, and business partners Maintains RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, and change logs Tracks progress, identifies risks and issues early, and escalates when needed Drives weekly project meetings including agendas, notes, follow ups, and deliverable tracking Prepares weekly status updates with accomplishments, next steps, risks, and blockers Prepares supporting summaries or slides for PMO reviews and leadership updates under direction of PMO leadership Supports PMO governance including intake documentation, charters, templates, and adherence to PMO standards Ensures project documentation is complete, accurate, and stored in the approved PMO repository Coordinates cross team dependencies and resolves timing conflicts with support from PMO leadership Tracks contractor hours and labor allocations based on PMO and finance guidance Ensures vendor timelines and deliverables are included in the project plan Supports testing readiness including schedules, environments, test plans, and results Supports go live readiness including checklists, communications, and hypercare coordination EducationBachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, RequiredWork Experience2-4 years, Project Management experience, RequiredExperience with systems, software implementations, integrations, or infrastructure projects, Preferred Experience with SDLC and Agile practices, Preferred SkillsAbility to exercise judgment and discretion in dealing with matters of significance; to assess a situation, conduct research, analyze data, and arrive at valid conclusions; and to develop and execute plansUnderstanding of hybrid Agile and waterfall methodologies Strong organization, time management, and documentation skills Ability to translate technical and complex information into clear business language Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities Strong facilitation, communication, and follow up skills Ability to recognize risks early and drive timely action Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt quickly Driven, accountable, and ready to take on challenges Calm, solution focused approach during shifting priorities Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes Strong proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Familiarity with Microsoft Project or Project Plan tools Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence CertificationsPMP, ScrumMaster or related Project Management certifications a plusTravel Requirement
