Job DescriptionThe Associated Program Manager will be responsible for supporting multiple International C-130 Programs. This position will be responsible for executing and managing Program business rhythms, as a member of the Program Management Team. With heightened focus on program execution (cost and schedule management), this candidate will ensure collaboration across all functions that are required to drive sound program performance.The candidate will help be responsible for managing program risks, developing and executing mitigation plans and helping to drive performance metrics across multiple International C-130 Programs.In addition, the selected applicant will prepare for, participate in, internal program status reviews, customer reviews, and programmatic milestone events.Desired Skills Program management experience – either direct or in a high performing support capacity International business experience, including Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) programs Military aircraft knowledge or comparable aviation experiences Risk and Opportunity Management Familiarity with oneLM approaches and best practices.Other Important InformationBy applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
