The selected candidate will be a professional individual who has strong communication skills and provides exceptional customer service. This is a very busy environment and requires superior organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily activities. Responsibilities of the Program Manager:Ensures all required HCFR standards are completed prior to enrollment to SORC.Ensures development of treatment plans and 60-day reviews comply with DBHDD/DHS and CARF StandardsFacilitate and coordinate referrals/transfers to appropriate level of care and other service providers as needed.Ensure the completion of yearly Biopsychosocial Assessments/Updates, Interpretive Summaries and   Discharge/Transfer Summaries to identify the continued need for treatment for SORC as needed or assigned.Facilitates substance abuse groups from Evidenced Based Practices such as Living in Balance, Matrix and MRT.Ensure that daily groups follow program schedules addressing addiction, prevention and recovery.Facilitate and coordinate referrals/transfers to appropriate level of care and other service providers as needed.Supervises daily operations of Substance Abuse Day Services, and WTRS Adult Substances Abuse Outpatient Services.  Overseeing groups, group preparation and completing of progress notes.  Counsels Adult AD staff concerning work-related problems. Preparing job descriptionsConduct interviews with staff on job performance.Checks completion of all SA Outpatient progress notes on a weekly basis to ensure that notes are completed, accurate, up-to-date, and filed.Provides appropriate on-the -job training to new hires and/or arranges work-related training opportunities.Assign work to employees based on workload, staff abilities, or other relevant factors.Consults with staff giving appropriate advice and guidance on work related issues, concerns or assignments.Approves or denies leave for staff in accordance with established policies, procedures, rules and regulations.Completes annual job description/performance appraisal for all employees supervised.Ensures that staff are receiving supervision and it is documented on form 678 as needed.Attend CARF meetings as scheduled and other meetings as required.  Monitor ADSS component for Adult SA Services.  Gender specific substance abuse treatment and other therapeutic interventions for women that may address issues of relationships, sexual and physical abuse and parenting and childcare while women are receiving these services.Program address abuse/violence/trauma issues in the populationEnsure that all participants are involved with the integration of treatment.Discharge/transfer cases according to standards if consumer does not present. Ensure all full-time staff have 30 hours of addictive diseases related training per calendar year and part-time staff have 15 hours per HCFR requirements.Adhere to ethical and professional counseling standards in all direct/indirect interactions with consumers, their families/significant others, and other agencies. Here are some of the things we require:Bachelors Degree CADCII or CACII minimum (Certified Addiction Counselors’ level 2 minimum)Valid Georgia Driver’s LicenseEffective verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse communitiesAbility to work independently and in collaboration with othersExperience with Microsoft 365 Office ProductsAbility to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines accordingly Benefits of Working with CSB of Middle GA:As a member of our team, you will enjoy our total rewards package to help secure your financial future and preserve your health and well-being, including:Medical, Dental & Vision Plan Options!Generous Paid-Time Off Policy with Flexibility Companywide!401(k) Plan with Company Match!Short- & Long-Term Disability Plans!Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP)! Paid Training Time!Opportunities for Career Growth & Advancement!Paid Lunch Breaks*& So Much More!  At this time, CSB of Middle Georgia will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.*Please note that paid lunches are only for select positions that must assist individuals with eating needs at typical meal periods*** Final pay rate will be dependent on a combination of qualifications such as experience and education. **
