Committed to sustainability (Ecovadis Gold), diversity (gender index: 92%), and quality of work life (Best Workplace Experience), Quanteam is a forward-thinking enterprise.🚀 Our ExpertiseWith a dual expertise in both business and IT, Quanteam supports its corporate clients (investment banks, asset management companies, private and retail banks, custodians, etc.) across the entire Front-to-Back spectrum in evolving their business activities and transformation projects.Our teams are organized into 5 expertise areas:➡ Quantitative Finance➡ Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory➡ Operations and Finance➡ Transformation and Organization➡ Information SystemsIn 2023, Quanteam generated a revenue of €74.6 million.🔎We are looking for an IT Project ManagerMAIN TASKS:Preliminary step: project framingClarify the objective, the scope, the dependencies, the major risks & issuesConfirm the sponsorshipEnsure a clear business rationale is associated to the contemplated project (incl. high level ROI), identify benefitsSize roughly the effort required to design the solution & execute the projectsIdentify contributors to be on-boarded for the studyStudy / Design phase:Clearly state the business requirements, cost, and timeframe of the projectCoordinate & challenge experts to put together a solution meeting the business requirementsIdentify risk and dependencies that could jeopardize project executionEstablish the full financial of the project (cost, associated revenues, or savings)Design the project governance (roles & responsibilities, governance bodies, stakeholders’ identification)Design project roadmap (i.e., the overall execution plan)Secure the resource plan (skills, capacity) and prioritization / funding for those resourcesExecution phase:Drive the execution of the roadmapEnsure aligned project status/progress is shared amongst the project communityIdentify risk & issues and propose a mitigation action planRaise alerts / escalate issues / review the roadmap if requiredMonitor the budget consumptionMonitor the feedback from contributors on project management and adjust when requiredPrepare and chair governance bodies, produce adequate reporting, communicateCompletion phase:Collect feedback from project participantsIdentify good practices/factors of success and fields of improvementUpdate project management toolkit with lessons learntThe Project Lead is also accountable to ensure that solutions designed for the project fit with the principles and are validated by the relevant validation bodies:Overall sound IT architectureOperational TOM with clear mandate for each teamStrong controls frameworkSimple and efficient workingFuture evolution of the regulatory framework or anticipated business transformationYOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:Technical skills:Experience in a project leader role (senior PM level)Strong track record in successful interactions with peers in a non-hierarchical frameworkStrong analytical skillsLanguages:Fluent in English (mandatory)Soft Skills:Strong communication and reporting skillsCapacity to interact with very senior employees of the organisationStrong interpersonal skills, at ease to develop & maintain trust and effective professional relationshipsStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsProven coaching capabilitiesHybrid role in Lisbon
