Project Manager - Transport Infrastructures

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Transport Infrastructures Business Unit by recruiting a Project Manager, based at our Alfragide office.With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and manage the various project disciplines;Manage resources effectively and efficiently, aligning skills with project needs;Ensure the technical quality of final deliverables;Maintain close relationships with clients or their representatives;Identify business opportunities.Profile:Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering;Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within the Transport sector;Proven experience in project management (teams, schedules, and budgets);Strong problem-solving skills;Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project;Fluency in foreign languages (English; French; Spanish).What we offer:Quadrante Group, part of the Compass Group, is a global organization focused on delivering economically optimized, sustainable, and technically robust solutions.
