Responsibilities include test management, creating test cases, ensuring quality assurance, utilizing analytical skills, and providing Level 1 IT support. You will also talk to customers directly for incidents/bugs/issues finding.QualificationsAnalytical Skills and Test Management experienceQuality Assurance and Information Technology proficiencyAbility to create effective test casesExperience in testing mobile apps for Android and iOSExperience in testing APIsExperience in L1 (Level 1) Customer SupportStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExperience in software testing and QA processesGood understanding of IT systems and infrastructureExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesRelevant certifications in QA or IT are a plus
