About This PositionChampioning various Restricted Substance List (RSL) System imposed by key customers/brands including in it testing and reporting. Execute necessary communication and coordination with various stakeholders interested in RSL (business team local and regional, third parties testing laboratory, logistic and delivery of the sample, technical team, etc)Overseing overall RM quality testing, validation and problem solving. Maintain the information related to RM (SDS, TDS, COA), RM PIA Approval, and communicate with relevant stakeholders of the topic related to RMs including in it to regional team and with external supplier. Identified, propose and execute relevant improvement project. Maintain and control the laboratory and its relevant equipment. Consult and coordinate with relevant stakeholders (lab vendors, chemicals vendors, etc) as necessary in reaching the objective to have a fully maintained and effective laboratory. What you´ll do Perform standard quality control testing on incoming raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods. Calculate and report test results, recording test data into the SAP database. Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (SHE) rules, procedures, and regulations. File and maintain retain samples, dispose of old retain samples, and maintain a clean working environment. Assist Quality Engineers with complaint investigations and provide appropriate training to internal customers in the SHEQ area. Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization within the quality department. Complete and manage any assigned projects determined by the departmental Manager, Supervisor, and Leads. Develop tests and report on formulations, executing lab testing and generating test data and documentation. What makes you a good fit Adept in technology and digital flatform as the candidate will operate with many new digital flatform in his/her day to day job. Fluent in English is a must. Written and verbal. Communicative and have a good critical thinking. Ability to do spreadsheet analysis fluently as the job required relatively frequent quite big data analysis and reporting. Bachelor degree in technical field is a must. Preferred from chemical related. Fresh graduate are welcome. Several years of experience will be an advantage. Previous experience in Lab and Raw material management related is highly appreciated.
