Sr. Quality Assurance

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Senior Quality Assurance professional to join our fast-growing company. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to ensure every release meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will lead testing strategies, identify and prevent defects, and champion best practices to deliver consistent, stable, and high-performing products.Job DescriptionsDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and API testing (Playwright, Cypress, or Postman).Implement end-to-end (E2E), integration, and regression testing pipelines integrated with GitLab CI/CD.Collaborate with Frontend and Backend teams to define testable requirements and acceptance criteria.Maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and automation coverage reports.Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, MCP-based QA agents) to accelerate test case generation, refactoring, and result analysis.Monitor and triage automated test results, reporting bugs through issue tracking systems (Lark).Contribute to load, performance, and security testing initiatives when required.Continuously optimize test reliability, speed, and coverage across environments.Participate in sprint planning and release readiness reviews to ensure quality gates are met.Collaborate with DevOps to ensure test environments mirror production setups.Job Requirements4–6 years of experience as a QA Engineer, preferably with automation focus.Strong experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar).Familiar with API testing using Postman, Newman, or REST Assured.Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions).Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript or Python for writing test scripts.Comfortable working in AI-augmented QA environments (e.g., using Cursor, Copilot, or LLM-based tools for QA).Knowledge of testing strategies (unit, integration, system, regression, smoke, UAT).Familiar with bug tracking and test management tools.Familiar with performance/load testing (k6, JMeter, Locust).
