The role involves supporting IT governance and risk frameworks, assisting in the evaluation of IT service performance, and helping develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Assist in developing and maintaining frameworks for IT governance, risk management, and performance monitoring.Support risk assessments and contribute to identifying and mitigating potential issues.Help collect, analyze, and report on IT service performance and KPIs.Design and prepare visual dashboards and performance reports.Collaborate with teams to ensure IT services align with strategic goals and compliance standards.Contribute to audits, reviews, and improvement initiatives within IT operations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Design background is an advantage).1–3 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or performance analysis.Basic understanding of IT risk assessment, KPI tracking, and reporting tools.Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation, COBIT, ISO 27001, or equivalent .Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Eagerness to learn, develop, and grow within a structured IT governance environment.
