We inspire.Role PurposeTo support computer-based tests, exams systems and delivery in country. To ensure exams delivery runs smoothly. To support, train and monitor IT Service vendors across the country, train and monitor venue technicians either directly or through the IT Service vendors.Main AccountabilitiesThis role is vital in ensuring smooth and secure delivery of both computer-based and paper-based tests nationwide.You will provide hands-on technical support and training to venue technicians and local IT vendors, ensuring systems are compliant and fully operational. Your work will include preparing for exams, supporting test day delivery, resolving technical issues, and implementing improvements to minimise future incidents. The role involves monitoring vendor performance, delivering technical updates, and liaising with software providers to address and escalate issues. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for local IT support, collaborating with operations, regional teams, and global IT services to ensure high standards and service continuity. You’ll also support compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines, help manage technical risks, and may occasionally assist with candidate registrations or travel for onsite support.We’re looking for someone with strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and experience working with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
