This is a crucial, part-time, onsite role responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and end-user systems. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in IT support and must be fluent in Dutch.Required QualificationsExperience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in an IT Support or Help Desk role.Technical Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve common desktop, network, and application issues.Language: Fluent in Dutch (speaking and writing) is mandatory for local communication and support.Location: Must be able to work 100% onsite in Rijswijk on the designated support days.Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong service-oriented attitude, and the ability to work independently.
