The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and ensuring the smooth operation of desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing and repairing computer systems, maintaining printers, and supporting the IT infrastructure to minimize downtime. The technician will also assist in setting up and configuring hardware and software as required. Qualifications Expertise in Technical Support and TroubleshootingKnowledge of Desktop Computers and Printer SupportExperience with Computer Repair and maintenanceStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication skills and ability to work with a variety of team members and end-usersPrior hands-on IT support experience, preferably in an on-site environmentRelevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar, are a plusAbility to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
