IT Test and Release Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Test & Release Manager to oversee environment, release, and test management across complex application landscapes.Key Responsibilities:Define and implement policies for environment, release, and test management.Lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and manage change processes across multiple teams and suppliers.Plan and coordinate releases, ensuring proper testing, acceptance, and documentation.Align release content and timelines with business and IT stakeholders.Oversee test environments, capacity, and regression/production acceptance testing.Evaluate release readiness, manage post-go-live reviews, and address outstanding issues.Advise stakeholders on change requests, risks, and architectural alignment.Act as the key contact for audits and senior management regarding release and test activities.Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring effective collaboration and skill development.Profile:You bring solid experience in release and change management, test coordination, and stakeholder communication within complex IT environments.
