Java Software Engineer

We are partnering with several fast-growing technology and financial organisations seeking talented Java Software Engineers to join their teams.About the role:We are looking for Java engineers who can design, build, and maintain backend services that power large-scale applications. You will work closely with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready software.You will have the chance to work in environments ranging from fintech, enterprise platforms, AI Agent platforms.Key Responsibilities:Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services using Java (Java 8–17)Design and implement REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systemsOptimise system performance, reliability, and scalabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality featuresWrite clean, testable code and maintain strong unit/integration test coverageParticipate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural designTroubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely mannerRequirements:Strong proficiency in Java and experience with frameworks such as Spring / Spring BootSolid understanding of object-oriented programming, concurrency, and data structuresExperience building REST APIs, microservices, and server-side applicationsFamiliarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plusGood problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environmentFluent in Mandarin as there is a need to communicate with counterparts in North Asia and ChinaOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Please note that data provided is for recruitment purposes only.Business Registration No.: 202004228R | License.
