[Phu My - Ba Ria Vung Tau] 📌[JHC0036893] R&D staff (Product development)Salary: 15~25,000,000 VND GrossIndustry: Food Manufacturing (Premix & Processed Sugar)Working Hours: 8am-4.30pm | Mon - Fri & 2 Sats/month 🌟𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧- Conduct product development tests: create premix prototypes, prepare raw materials, perform processing and evaluation.- Prepare and manage customer submission samples (premix and finished product).- Record and manage documentation for all development tests and customer samples.- Join customer visits with the sales team to present technical proposals.- Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and tools.- Support development of sweetened premixes for bakery and confectionery products depending on project needs.
