Liz Fashion Industry Ltd. is looking for Jr. Executive/Executive - HR OperationJob Description / ResponsibilityMaintain daily attendance, leave and overtime records of employees through HRIS.Assist Payroll daily by providing various data of worker and staff.Provide necessary support to the recruitment team and input data of newly recruited employees.Maintain all personal files and update service records accordingly.Input data in HRIS regarding sourcing candidate, recruitment, training, salary fixation, confirmation and annual assessment of workers and staffs.Assist Line Manager in assessing of training needs, in-house skill base training programs, orientation programs, etc.Support HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding Staff & Workers.Maintain disciplinary procedure and handle worker and staff grievance and motivate them.Organize worker and staff performance reviews.Generate periodic HR reports (attendance, turnover, recruitment status, etc.)Any other tasks given by HR Manager.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Master of Business Administration (MBA)Skills Required: HR Operation, Communication in English, Labour LawExperience Requirements1 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): GarmentsJob LocationGazipur
