In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our B2B customer base, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales and revenue targets in line with company goals — all while ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential clients in corporate, commercial, and industrial sectors.Present pest control services and technical solutions tailored to client needs.Conduct field visits, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.Ensure targeted profit margins and timely contract renewals.Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.Prepare sales reports and contribute to business planning and strategy.Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service delivery meets agreed standards.Coordinate with billing and collection departments for complete sales cycle closure.Support continuous improvement of customer experience by sharing feedback and insights.Adhere to health and safety guidelines during all field visits.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in service sales — preferably in pest control, cleaning, or facility services.Solid understanding of B2B sales, contracts, and commercial proposals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.Experience in Saudi Markets is advantage.Good command of English (written and spoken) is an advantage.Valid driving license and willingness to travel for field visits.Ready to make an impact?Apply now and be part of a team that delivers excellence in pest control and business solutions.
