Junior Accountant

Job Title: Junior AccountantExperience: Minimum 2 YearsJob Location: UAESalary: AED 3000Looking for Immediate JoinersDuty Time: Your regular working hours will be from Monday to Saturday (6 Days).ResponsibilitiesSupervise all regular accounting processes such as A/P, A/R and Journal Entries plus monthly closure accounts.Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance with FTA & budgetary requirements.Assist departments in the account reconciliation process (Cash/Bank & Credit Card) every month.Follow up of receivable and ensure timely collections from individual/corporate/insurance.Ensuring timely planning & processing of supplier reconciliations, vat compliant documentation & payment.Petty cash handling.Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions.Provide support to auxiliary schedules for auditing purposes as per assigned work.Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.Prepare journal entries and synthesize a common ledger for subsidiary accounts.Provide support to the safekeeping of internal expenses in the company.Monitor account reconciliation, tax, and calculations inclusive of cost accounting plus factory data recording processes.Evaluate current methods and processes inclusive of upgradation of process development.Completing analysis of the employee expendituresManaging income and expenditure accountsGenerating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure dataKeeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial statusSupporting Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligationsInitiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the companyJob Types: Full-time, PermanentApplication Question(s):This job is for UAE, are you okay to relocate to UAE immediatly?Experience:Accountant: 3 years (Required)Language: English Fluently (Required)
