You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting activities, managing accounts payable, handling payroll processing, preparing monthly financial reports, supporting tax filings, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and support audit-related work.This role requires strong accounting fundamentals, operational experience, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening qlub’s finance operations as we continue to scale globally.What you will be driving:Full-cycle accounting responsibilities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end closeManagement of accounts payable, vendor reconciliations, and timely invoice processingEnd-to-end payroll processing, including salary preparation, attendance validation, benefits adjustments, and coordination with HRPreparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsSupport in UAE tax filings, including VAT submissions and related compliance documentationMaintenance and accuracy of accounting data within Microsoft Dynamics ERPAssistance in internal and external audits through schedules, reconciliations, and required documentationMonitoring and strengthening accounting controls to ensure data integrity Supporting cash flow monitoring, financial analysis, and management reportingWorking cross-functionally to streamline finance processes and improve operational efficiencyQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldFluency in English is essentialStrong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, payables processes, and tax complianceHands-on experience with payroll processingMinimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experienceProficiency in Microsoft Dynamics ERPStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlineWhat we offerBe part of an exciting, fast-paced environment, where you can grow the business from an early-stage start-up into a global organizationDrive growth and tailoring of fast-evolving new products and featuresWork with highly motivated people, enthusiastic about improving the customer experience at table-service restaurants.Sounds like you?
