EPAM invites you to join our Business Analysis Unit as a Junior BA, participating in a program designed for aspiring Business Analysts eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. This is a paid part-time position.What You’ll Learn:- Core concepts of Business Analysis, including roles, skills, and key terminology- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies- Scrum essentials: backlog management, story mapping, estimation, and ceremonies- Stakeholder identification and engagement techniques- Requirements elicitation, analysis, and prioritization- Requirements modeling using various types of diagrams- Basics of UI and prototyping- BA artifacts documentation using user stories- IT basics: high-level understanding of software systems and integrationsThe program combines workshops, practical exercises, homework assignments, and a hands-on project simulation as the final part of the educational process.
