Junior Brand Manager

On behalf of its client, Adecco is currently seeking a dynamic professional to cover the following position:Junior Brand ManagerJob Description•Support the development and implementation of annual brand plans aligned with global strategies•Assist in product portfolio management•Monitor category trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to identify growth opportunities•Support the execution of 360° marketing campaigns•Coordinate with creative agencies and collaborate with trade marketing teams and other internal stakeholders•Conduct analysis of market data to assess brand performance•Monitor and report on brand P&L performance, sales results, and marketing spend•Prepare regular performance reviews and presentations for senior management•Collaborate and coordinate with supply chain, sales, trade marketing and global brand teamsCandidate Profile•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.•At least 1 year of experience in marketing, brand management, or shopper marketing (hair care or beauty category is a plus)•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights•Creativity and passion for brands, beauty, and consumer engagement•Excellent project management and organizational skills•Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with market data tools (Nielsen, Kantar)•Fluent in English and Greek; additional languages are a plusThe Company Offers•Competitive remuneration package•Friendly and challenging working environment•Ticket restaurant vouchers•Health check-up plan included•Free company products every two monthsAfter collecting and evaluating the CVs, we will contact candidates who meet the requirements of the position to schedule an interview.For more job opportunities, please visit our website at www.adecco.gr and upload your CV to our database.
