Job Title: Business Analyst juniorContract Duration: 02/04/2026 - 31/12/2026Languages Required: DutchWork Location: 9090 Melle, BelgiumRemote Status: HybridDescription Project Officer for Project: Facility mgt to transfer processes for non-grid-connected buildings to a standard Archi bus solutionObjective of the project: The project aims to transfer all processes related to non-grid-connected buildings, which are now supported by MyMCS, to a new, future-oriented standard solution in Archi bus.The crucial deliverables are that by the end of 2026 All functionalities supported by MyMCS today will be fully and correctly transferred, tested and operational within the standard Archi bus environment. In the course of December, we can decommission MyMCS, which can no longer be used from 1/1/2027. To achieve this, we are looking for a project employee who helps develop the content and includes the necessary business analysis and project deliverables.Job description: As a Project Officer, you support the project team by delivering substantive deliverables on time, correctly and supported by the various stakeholders.Your focus in the first phase will be the following: Data migration support Technical skillsNotions or a basic knowledge of:Databricks (basic analyses, data checks, importing data),Python (simple scripts for validation or checks of data), is a great asset in the context of the migration.Test preparation & UAT coordinationProvide training material & facilitate knowledge transfersManaging Authorization & Access ManagementProfile We are mainly looking for a (junior) profile who is highly motivated to familiarize himself with these assignments and sees a growth path for himself in one of the following directions:Business process analystInformation analystFunctional analystApplication manager with strong business affinityCompetenciesStrong analytical skillsStructured documentationClear communication to different target groupsProactively identifying risksTeam player who switches smoothly between business & IT•Conceptual thinking and translating into concrete actionsMust HaveProven experience as a Business Analyst (minimum 1 year, junior level)Demonstrable experience with DatabricksExperience in writing and refining data mapping between systemsExperience with business process development and optimization (BPM)Ability to demonstrate communication skills, analytical thinking, and proactive attitude during interviewCapability to bridge business and IT seamlesslyDutch language proficiency at CEFR level C2Should have: Experience with PythonExperience with SQL scripting
