We are ISO 9001-certified, ensuring comprehensive signage design services and a complete 'concept to closeout'​ service.ROLE OVERVIEW:We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Junior Business Development Executive to lead growth in our designing, wayfinding, signage, and mapping solutions division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our creative design and wayfinding services across retail, hospitality, healthcare, commercial, and public infrastructure sectors.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in designing, wayfinding, signage, and mapping projects.Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market share and revenue.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and quotations based on client requirements.Work closely with design, project management, and production teams to ensure alignment of project scope with client expectations.Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of opportunities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities, pipeline, and client interactions.Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Design, Architecture, or a related field.2-3 years of proven experience in business development. Strong network and industry knowledge within retail, hospitality, healthcare, and infrastructure projects.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.Proficiency in MS Office.
