Role Description This is a full-time Junior Business Development role, based in Tangerang with hybrid work flexibility (a mix of in-office and remote work). In this position, you will focus on generating leads, conducting market research, and building relationships with new clients to drive business growth. You will collaborate with internal teams, communicate effectively with potential and current customers, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing market trends to identify areas for potential growth. Qualifications Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research for identifying and pursuing new business opportunitiesExcellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage with clients and maintain effective relationshipsProficient Analytical Skills to assess market trends and support strategic business decisionsAbility to work independently and in a team, with time management and organizational skillsA Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantageFamiliarity with CRM tools and business development practices is a plus
