We work with clients across residential, commercial, hospitality, and public-sector projects—focused on quality, speed, and compliance.Role SummaryWe’re hiring a fresh graduate Saudi Civil Engineer who is eager to learn fast, execute well, and build strong fundamentals in consulting work. You will support engineering deliverables, coordination, site follow-ups (as needed), documentation, and authority submission workflows under senior engineer supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing and reviewing civil drawings and deliverables (as per project scope)Support quantity take-offs, BOQs, and basic cost/support calculations (where applicable)Coordinate with internal teams (architectural / MEP / PM) to resolve clashes and commentsHelp prepare technical submissions, documents, and responses to RFIs / commentsParticipate in site visits and reporting (when required), documenting observations clearlySupport workflows related to municipality/civil defense/utility approvals depending on project typeMaintain clean documentation: minutes, trackers, revisions, and filingMinimum RequirementsSaudi national (required)Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (fresh grad or up to 1 year experience)Solid fundamentals in civil engineering concepts and willingness to learn consulting standardsComfortable with structured documentation and deadlinesGood communication (Arabic required; English is a strong plus)Professional attitude, reliability, and attention to detailPreferred AutoCAD (required in most cases), exposure to Civil 3D / Revit is a plusUnderstanding of Saudi authority workflows (Balady, Civil Defense, utilities) is a plusStrong Excel skills (trackers, BOQs, follow-ups)What We OfferReal project exposure across multiple cities/clientsStrong mentorship and growth path (clear performance-based progression)Structured environment with strong documentation and delivery standards
