We embody excellence through a commitment to regulatory compliance, technological innovation, and unparalleled customer service.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the processing of withdrawal payments with third-party Payment Service Providers (PSPs).ResponsibilitiesSupport the processing of withdrawal payments with third-party PSPs, following established procedures and security measuresRespond to customer cases promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to supervisors as necessaryPerform daily settlement tasks under the supervision of senior staff membersConduct reconciliation of bank accounts to transaction accounts, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors for resolutionAssist in bookkeeping activities using Xero accounting software, maintaining organized and accurate financial recordsFoster positive relationships with external service providers, facilitating effective communication and problem-solvingAssist in preparing transaction remittances for the morning shift, ensuring completeness and accuracyContribute to daily settlement procedures and data entry into the ledger systemRequirementsWell organised with high accuracy levels, attention to detailSkilful with MS Office (especially Excel) and XERO applicationsHigh proficiency in both English and MandarinWork well in a team and be able to work autonomously and take ownership of tasksExcellent communication skills and strong organizational and time management skillsFamiliar with MT4/MT5 Trading system is a plusWorking hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Sydney timeBenefitsCelebrate your tenure with us!
