Job PostJunior Design ConsultantApply »Company: Samuel and Sons PassementerieDuration: Full-timeDate Posted: 09/18/25Category: Sales & MarketingLocation: Los AngelesSalary: 50-100kJob DescriptionBASIC FUNCTION:The Design Consultant - Showroom Sales - Main responsibility is to provide both customer services and suggestive selling to clientele, as well as help with the day-to-day operations of the Showroom.Principle Responsibilities Offers suggestions to clients about patterns, colors, etc. Coordinates special products and assignments for clientele Requests product from inventory as necessary; Fulfills sample requests both within the Showroom and through the Web Generate and process reserves, sales quotes, and orders Organizes showroom and trimming displays as necessary Provide customer service to clientele, including order processing, customer follow-up, and customer inquiries. Support the outside salesperson with requests incurred on the road. All other duties as assigned by Senior ManagementJob RequirementsSkills, Knowledge, And Experience Highly organized Ability to multitask Passion for Design and good color sense is a plus Solid communication skills, both written and verbal Professional presentation Sales experience, preferably in a showroom environment The ability to work in a team environment Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Applications and Excel Design experience is highly preferred Bachelor’s Degree PreferredAbout Our CompanySamuel & Sons is the leading source for the finest quality interior trimmings in the world.
