Junior Electromechanical Engineer

(Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming multiple Junior Electromechanical Engineers.As a Junior Electromechanical Engineer at B.E.S., you will have the chance to work in high level environments such as Energy (including renewable), Railway or Automotive.Your Responsabilities:You would work here as an Assistant Project Manager in Signalling, you will support the Project Manager throughout the full project lifecycle:Operational support: assist in the preparation, coordination, and monitoring of signalling projects (railway & urban).Planning & organization: contribute to project schedules and track milestones and deadlines.Documentation management: centralize and update technical, administrative, and contractual documentation.Internal coordination: collaborate with technical teams, subcontractors, and partners to ensure smooth communication.Financial monitoring: assist with cost control and preparation of financial reports.Quality & safety: ensure compliance with safety standards and quality procedures specific to signalling projects.Your Profile:Degree in electromechanics, electrical engineering, electronics or equivalent experience.Strong interest in signalling systems and transport infrastructure.Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.Proficiency in common IT tools (Microsoft 365).Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to grow alongside experienced professionals.Knowledge of Dutch and/or English is an asset (French is a plus).What can you except as a B.E.S. consultant?Great projects in Engineering and High Technologies through major players to develop your technical skills and hard skills,Knowledge sharing processes though our competences centers and experts' communities to grow your multi-sectorial knowledge,A strong development plan to improve your soft skills such as Leadership, Communication skills, Change & People management capabilities…A full package made of gross salary on 13.92 months, lunch allowance, entertainment expenses, company car & fuel card, group insurances OR a VIE contract,A friendly, lively working environment within a dynamic and motivated team !!
