And develop in their career.As a Junior HR administrator (Benefits), you will be a part of Nasdaq’s Global Benefits team. You will be based in our Vilnius office and report to the Senior Director of Benefits for EMEA.What can we offer?This is a great opportunity for you to be part of our Global Benefits team. Primarily, you will support the EMEA Benefits team in the coordination of our offerings and guide employees in this region. You will support the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs including, but not limited to pensions, health and wellness benefits, life and accident insurance, and perquisite programs. Coordinate benefits invoicing process. Additionally, you will work closely with our global benefits colleagues.In this role you will:Play a key role in enhancing the employee experience regarding benefit programs in EMEA region. This includes partnering with external benefit administration partners, assisting employees with benefits-related requests.Manage and administer the day-to-day operations and delivery of benefits programs across assigned countries.Ensure enrollments, changes and terminations of benefits are processed accurately.Prepare reports and manage benefit related data as well as benefits invoices administration.Serve as a point of contact for employee benefit inquiries, resolving issues and escalating complex cases as needed.Assist with the development/review of benefit summaries and booklets.Work with the benefits team to develop and implement new benefit programs.Our team environment is truly global, fast paced and open to innovation.
