Your core mission is to raise the bar with every hire, embedding talent intelligence into our decision-making to build high-performing, talent-dense teams. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where your direct impact is essential to our success.What You'll DoYou will be the 360° owner of the recruitment lifecycle for our Engineering and Product teams in Lithuania and London, driving every stage from intake to a successful close.Be a strategic thought partner to hiring managers, deeply collaborating on role definition, process design, and hiring decisions.Proactively map and engage high-calibre passive talent, and prioritize critical roles to ensure we fill them with exceptional candidates.Run a structured, high-quality interview process that upholds our company values and provides an exceptional candidate experience.Track and report on key metrics—including pipeline health, pass-through rates, and quality of hire—using data to inform your strategy.Drive talent acquisition initiatives that continuously improve our hiring practices and employer brand.What Defines Success For This RoleJudgment-first mindset: You are a bar-keeper, not just a filler, and you will uphold our hiring standards even under pressure.
