Infotree Global Solutions is looking for Junior HR Generalist to join a Global Company PanamáExperience junior managing payroll, coding, payments, and full-cycle recruitment.Responsible for processing or auditing payrolls, preparing employment contracts, and handling the entire process from sourcing to onboarding.Solid knowledge of labor law and the Labor Code, as well as experience managing operational HR areas such as absences, vacations, and accrued vacation days.Requirements:3+ years of hands-on experience as an Junior HR Generalist - Junior HR Assistant - Junior HR Representative or a combination of different roles aligned with this profile.Advanced English B2+ - C1Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational psychology, or related field.Experience with payroll, payments full cycle recruitmentOnsite - Panama CityMonday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pmIndefinite Contract
