Supercharge your career with us and be part of something extraordinary.Why we need youWe’re on a mission to create extraordinary experiences for our customers, and we believe that your unique skills, passion and superdrive will help us achieve our vision.As a Junior Multimedia/DTP you’ll be responsible for producing all assigned marketing collateral both creatively and technically, working closely with the Head of studio, Studio Leads, Copywriters and designers, and stakeholders in the business to ensure that creative outputs consistently fulfil business requirements and also drive the business in new and exciting directions.What You’ll Be DoingAs part of your role, your responsibilities will include:Graphic Design – Digital and PrintCreate and develop designs, visual approaches, look and feels and layouts for various digital and print requirementsInterpret and execute creative briefs from concept to roll-outDeliver work that is in line and compliant with the CI and keep to brand tone of voice.Design for print and digital collateral for the brands across media and platformsRoll-out of design elements with a strong focus on consistencyAttention to detail on delivery of any asset/s with focus on quality, craft and consistencySet-up and execute print ready filesBe agile to adapt to urgent business needs and reshuffle work as needed.Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.Conceptualisation and IdeationCreate impactful designs based on briefAbility to design and create look and feel for briefsCollaboration and CommunicationCollaboration with all stakeholders across levelsActively adding to a positive team culture and developing strong working relationships with team and other stakeholders.Attend daily stand up meetingsFollow instruction and take direction from your leadActively seeks guidance from lead to foster growth, collaboration.This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
