Junior .NET Developer

We're looking for a skilled developer to join our client's dynamic team, where you will be instrumental in enhancing various web applications, including a key solution managing public lighting processes and assets.Role And ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include implementing new functionalities in existing web applications in collaboration with product owners and the team. You will support and adjust these applications in various settings such as projects, maintenance, and incident management. Responsibilities will also involve:Collaborating with the team on planning, scope definition, work estimations, and release follow-ups.Contributing to the functional design and technical development of solutions.Transforming problems into concrete solutions and planning development activities.Writing unit tests and documenting your developments while adhering to best practices and internal IT standards.Supporting release execution and knowledge transfer to colleagues, as well as communicating effectively with all stakeholders including service desk staff and project leaders.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe perfect candidate would possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently. You should be proactive and have solid communication skills, aimed at delivering quality results efficiently. Familiarity with planning processes and project management practices is crucial. Technical skills include:Proven experience with Angular 2 or higher, and Typescript (must-have, medior level).Experience in web development with current frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (must-have, medior level).Knowledge of backend technologies including C# and ASP.NET (must-have, junior level).Experience with web services (WCF/SOAP and Web API/REST) and ORM technologies like Entity Framework/NHibernate (should have).Experience with development in Azure and familiarity with agile methodologies (should have).NATIVE DUTCH & FLUENT ENGLISH Skills OverviewThe candidate should have the following skill set:Backend development with .NET technologies.Front-end development skills, particularly in Angular, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.Experience with relational databases like Oracle or SQL.Understanding of process-driven organizations based on ITIL processes, specifically change and release.Unit testing experience and knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
