🔵 Junior PMO Officer – Core Banking Transformation (Permanent role)📍 Brussels, Belgium🌟 The opportunityAre you someone with drive, structure and a passion for large-scale transformation programs?Do you thrive in operational excellence, governance and coordination within complex environments?We are looking for a Junior PMO Officer to support the delivery of a major core banking transformation program at the heart of a leading international banking environment.This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where you will work closely with program leadership and cross-functional delivery teams.🚀 Your roleAs a Junior PMO Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth orchestration and governance of a complex, multi-stream transformation program.You will:Support coordination and delivery governance across multiple interconnected workstreamsFacilitate meetings and decision forums (agenda setting, documentation, follow-up)Assist in stakeholder communication towards local and group leadershipMaintain a consolidated overview of risks, issues and dependenciesSupport budget follow-up and financial trackingCoordinate portfolio and program governance activitiesSupport risk management and mitigation trackingCoordinate onboarding and offboarding of program team membersContribute to performance tracking and escalation follow-upYou will work directly with the PMO Lead and closely with delivery leads and stakeholders across the organisation.🎯 What we’re looking forThis is a demanding and high-responsibility role requiring ownership, structure and a strong operational mindset.We are looking for someone who:Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management or a related fieldHas a first experience or internship in PMO, project management or coordinationHas a strong interest in governance, planning and program deliveryIs highly organised, structured and detail-orientedCommunicates clearly and confidently with different stakeholdersShows proactive ownership and a strong willingness to learnCan handle pressure, complexity and fast-changing priorities💡 Key competenciesAnalytical thinking & structured mindsetStrong organisational and coordination skillsProactive problem-solving attitudeTeam player with stakeholder sensitivityAdaptability in complex program environments🌱 What you gainExposure to a large-scale banking transformation programClose collaboration with senior stakeholders and delivery leadsA steep learning curve in PMO, governance and program deliveryThe opportunity to grow into PMO, Project Management or Program roles👉 Interested?Send your CV.If you’re driven, structured and eager to grow in large transformation programs, this role can be a powerful next step in your career.
